Make a Natural Sore Muscle Oil Rub

There is nothing more soothing than a cool muscle rubdown after a long day of working your muscles. Whether your body is stiff after a long day of moving boxes into a new home, or you just overdid a vigorous cardio workout, having a bottle of sore muscle oil is a necessity for anyone who suffers from occasional muscle soreness.

The good news is, making sore muscle oil is easy, fun and inexpensive!

Ingredients:
1 cup of light oil (I like to use grapeseed or olive oil)
½ teaspoon eucalyptus oil
½ teaspoon camphor oil

Putting it all together:

Step 1: Combine the oils in a glass bowl. Mix well.
Step 2: Pour the oils into a clean, dry container that seals. I like to use a bottle so that the pouring of the oil is easy when I need it. This recipe makes approximately 8 ounces of sore muscle oil.
Step 3: Store in a cool, dry, dark place so the sore muscle oil retains its potency and freshness. That’s it!

I love using this oil on sore muscles, and it works quickly for practically all of my muscle aches. It works so well, in fact, that I often include a bottle of it in the housewarming gift packages I make for my friends and family. It is amazing after a long day of moving, and imparts a relaxing scent to the new home. So far, I have gotten nothing but rave reviews from friends and family who tell me that it was the best part of the entire care package!

So the next time you feel muscle aches starting to creep up on you, or you just want to put something nice together for someone with muscle soreness, spend a few minutes making this natural muscle oil. Believe me when I say you won’t regret it!
