Why Are Perry and Bachmann Angry with the Federal Reserve?

We really need to look at Ron Paul to see the first presidential candidate who fired a shot over the Federal Reserve’s bow. In February of 2009 Paul wanted congress to open the books of the Federal Reserve and see what’s inside. Many voters rallied to his call but no one supported him in congress. Rick Perry called the printing of fiat money by the Federal Reserve “treasonous” at a speech in Iowa. Michelle Bachmann said she has been fighting for transparency of the Federal Reserve. Bachmann said the Fed has driven down the value of our dollar to 12% of its face value.

The Federal Reserve is as Federal as Federal Express

The Federal Reserve is not owned by our government. They do not allow anyone to audit it’s books or show how money is spent or loaned. We do not know who currently owns the Federal Reserve. They do print our official currency and then loan it to the government, at interest, and to others people and nations. Many people have warned us that this system is dangerous and will lead to slavery to a few wealthy bankers.

“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a moneyed aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power of money should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.” Thomas Jefferson

“It is well that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” Henry Ford

Did you know that John F Kennedy tried to put us back on the silver Standard?

President Kennedy knew that our currency had no value beyond the faith we put into it. He knew that if the US citizenry, or other world governments, ever questioned the value of our currency we would be bankrupt overnight. June 4, 1963 President Kennedy signed executive order 11110 to put our nation back on the silver standard. It would have forced the Fed to have enough silver to back every dollar it printed. We never benefited from that change because JFK was assassinated on November 22, 1963.

Is the Federal Reserve a topic for our presidential debates?

Well let’s review a few facts. The United States is a sovereign nation that does not own its own currency. We must borrow every dollar we own at interest from the privately owned Federal Reserve. We must pay back those dollars with dollars we purchased at interest. Our currency has no value and is not backed by gold or silver. The printing of fiat currency, money without backing, always leads to hyper inflation and the destruction of the currency. We have printed $630 billion in fiat currency through quantitative easing.

Yes we do need to discuss this issue. More importantly anyone who seeks to cover this issue up needs to be questioned as to who their loyalties lie with, the people of this nation or the mystery people who own the Federal Reserve.
