Q: I’ve heard that if you’re having a baby girl your hair gets really dry. Is that true?k, so I’m 15 weeks and 4 days today and I was wondering what it feels like when the baby kicks. My stomach pains just started, and my baby was made on the left side.. so on my left ovreay.and it’s been hurting on my right side. does that mean the babys moving to the center of my abdomen or what? and i’ve been having sharp pains on the left side, well and the right. I’m wondering if that’s the baby kicking?I’m not bleeding or anything. No signs of blood what so ever. I got told the stomach pains are from my stomach growing to make run for the baby. A: I just started feeling the baby im 24 weeks..i starting feeling her at 22 weeks. everyones different though…those little pains i got too..i think its because your body is growing. if i get up to fast i get the sharp pain but its completely normal…as for the hair myth thingy idk if thats true…but i have heard that if ur majorly sick ur having a boy..i was barley sick and im having a girl and my cousin is a couple weeks ahead of me and shes having a boy..she threw up for months!

Q: I know this is long but 10 points for best answer =)Had sex on the last week of october monday and tuesdayhad symptoms on wednesday and I know that is wayyy to earlyto be having but anyways I had sharp pain in the navel area and a headache and backache and through up alot on thursdayand the beginning of november I took 2 pregnancy tests one was a home one and it was negative and went to go take a urine testand it was negative and the lady said it could be too earlyor the HCG level can be too low.So befoe thanksgiving I had a short period and then I went to go get a birthcontrol shot the nursedidn’t ask if I was pregnant or not and they didn’t give me a blood testeither they just gave me the shot and I was gone and the last week of december my family came over for christmas I was laying on the couchand I felt something move from the right of my bely button to the leftand yes I do have a pouch and I can’t get rid of the stupid thingat all! and I exercise alot and I’m having symptoms what many people think comes from the shot I have hadmany shots before that i’m supposed to have symptoms fromand I don’t and pilla too the symptoms I am having arebackaches,headaches,mood swings (terribly),cramps(burning),browndischarge,gas some women say during their firstpregnancy they get alot of gas and I get hungry easliy now and I getalot of cravings and the last week of december I went to the my doctorand he’s not the one who gave me the shot and I’m not sure if he knewanything about it I was throwing up alot and dizzy and a bad headache that made me want to cry so bad and he couldn’t help because he didn’t know what was wrong and in january I didnt get my period for a while and I got it but it was very dark red and gooey like and not normalI had it for about 12 days and I know that’s a long time and I do get tired and I just feel like falling a sleep at work and yesterday I felt like something was kicking where the pouch was but it was a light oneand it happened quite a few times and it wasn’t gasso I would like to know what the heck that thing was but please onlyanswer if you have a nice comment and if you have a mean onedon’t bother answering because I don’t want to look at it thanks

A: Birth control is meant to trick your body into thinking it’s pregnant. Having a dark red gooey period though, I’d say it was either a funky period or possibly a miscarriage if you were pregnant. If it’s your first time on the shot, you gotta let your body get used to it, it’ll start doing funny things. As far as the pregnancy, I think it would have been way to early to feel a decent movement, and it most certainly wouldn’t be up to your belly button yet. Or pouch rather, lol. You would be feeling it constantly as well, once you feel movements, they only get stronger and stronger until eventually they kick hard enough to make you feel like your ribs are being kicked so hard they’re cracking! It could have been gas or maybe diarrhea ;/ If it was baby movement though, you’d definitely be sure of it by now. Or would have a positive test. Go to the doctor and be totally honest, and see what they can do. Best of luck to you!

I am 36 & have a 7 1/2 year old, but she never moved inside me (she’s fine). I have pregnancy symptoms, and I feel movement inside my stomach, but sometimes I just feel a sharp pain. It’s always on the same side of my stomach. I could be up to 4 month pregnant, if I am, but it could be less. Then again, the symptoms I’m experiencing could be something else entirely. I want to go to Planned Parenthood on like Monday to get tested for pregnancy, then make an appointment with my midwife from there.Thanks!Additional DetailsI’m not sure I’m pregnant because, although I have been getting my periods, they’re ALWAYS late…but I know you CAN get your period while you’re pregnant, THAT’S why I haven’t tested yet…and I’m probably 3 months or less pregnant IF I am. (Maybe only 1 – 1 1/2 months even.)

A: To me, it feels like a little nudge from the inside. And it’s always in my lower abdomen, and I know it’s not gas because i feel the movements and I don’t have any gas after wards, I love feeling my baby move
