diabetes centre?

The importance of a diabetes Center is that it is a place where you can go for guidance/training on how to control your diabetes…ie… showing you how to do your own testing, give your own shots, guide you to the proper diet and help you manage your self control in so doing.If you are a diabetic, you really should check into visiting one. I did and am glad I did.

If there is one around where you live thats great but if not than seeing your doctor AND the nurse and having their backup is important. The Centers I have been too is just that a back up support team. But here in the middle of nowhere that I live my doctor understands he is my backup and support and he allows all the calls from his diabetic patients sometimes even at his home! When I was living in L A the centers there were great!
