Viagra don’t automatically produce an erection. Instead they allow an erection to occur after physical and psychological stimulation. Many men experience improvement in erectile function after taking these medications regardless of the cause of their impotence.Viagra, Levitra and Cialis work in much the same way. Chemically known as phosphodiesterase inhibitors, these drugs enhance the effects of nitric oxide, a chemical messenger that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis. This increases the amount of blood and allows a natural sequence to occur — an erection in response to sexual stimulation. These medications don’t automatically produce an erection. Instead they allow an erection to occur after physical and psychological stimulation. Many men experience improvement in erectile function after taking these medications regardless of the cause of their impotence. These medications share many similarities, but they have differences as well. They vary in dosage, duration of effectiveness and possible side effects. Other distinctions — for example, which drug is best for certain types of men — aren’t yet known. No study has directly compared these three medications.Although these medications can help many people, not all men can or should take them to treat erectile dysfunction. If you’ve had a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening heart rhythm during the last six months, don’t take these medications. If you’ve been told that sexual activity could trigger a cardiac event, discuss other options with your doctor. In addition, don’t take Viagra, Levitra or Cialis with nitrate medications, such as the heart drug nitroglycerin. The combination of these medications, which work to widen (dilate) blood vessels, can cause dizziness, low blood pressure, and circulation and heart problems.Don’t expect these medications to fix your impotence immediately, because that’s not always the case. Dosages may need adjusting. Or you may need to alter when you take the medication. Before taking any medication, make sure to discuss with your doctor its potential benefits and side effects.here are no formal tests to diagnose erectile dysfunction. Some blood tests are generally done to exclude underlying disease, such as diabetes, hypogonadism and prolactinoma. Impotence is also related to generally poor physical health, poor dietary habits, obesity, and most specifically cardiovascular disease such as coronary artery disease and peripheral vascular disease.A useful and simple way to distinguish between physiological and psychological impotence is to determine whether the patient ever has an erection. If never, the problem is likely to be physiological; if sometimes (however rarely), it is more likely to be psychological. The current diagnostic and statistical manual of mental diseases (DSM-IV) has included a listing for impotence.
yes yes and no and thats why it’s by prescription
First of all, Viagra(Sildenafil citrate) is indicated for males only. It cant be used for females because its action is oriented towards the male organ = The Cavernosum= the penile blood vessile that dilate and thus pump blood more increasingly and strongly leads to erection. It can be used for normal guys but itis action will be harbored behind his normal erection or it will be more and more steel. The safety margin is high.. It’s not stated as a dangerous medication.
It does work, but there are a few side effects like a ***** that just won’t go away. Good if it’s a night of good lovin’ but bad if the vicar pops round for tea.
Viagra does work but it is not for healthy male. By healthy means they don’t have impotence. If you are suffering with impotence then you can use it. Now a days there are few other medicines like kamagra, aprima etc which sometimes are better then viagra. It really depends on your body.
No it is not safe, it is a controlled drug designed for those who cannot achieve erections on their own. If you can function sexually, there is no reason to take it, and it does cause marked increase in blood pressure which can be harmful or even fatal. Most healthy guys would not notice any big difference, but would ahve the increase in blood pressure.
mate of mine gave me viagra on my wedding night.. i fell asleep after too much booze! needless to say we aint married any more!
yes it works, but why would one who is healthy wont to use it.
I would think it does, but ask advice from a doctor first, as there are different strengths for different people. And if you are a normal healthy male being close to a normal healthy female should be enough to get you going,
I’m a normally functioning healthy male and a mate gave me one. I tried it when I spent a night with my girlfriend and it just gave me a massive headache. No great improvement in performance. Not worth it. Not for me anyway.
According to the health.com I will send you to,in a moment.Realize that viagra is for erectile dysfuntion. Not normal healthy male or female. If you use it while your man can do it without viagra, you could become dependent on it. Also read dangerous side affects, like heart failure, heart attack, seizures ,etc.In otherwordsDon’t use viagra until you really need to use it.okay!
I DONT NEED STIMULANTS ..THE WIND BEING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IS ENOUGH TO GET MY FLAG POLE ERECTED
i tried Viagra & it was pure S-H-I-T – A lot of hype and it didn’t give me any erection or improvement. I threw mine away.
