You could ask a Urologist. My son was born with a twist down there, and the Dr was able to correct it. If its just a little bend, some women may like it!

I understand that it is fairly common for mens penises to list toward one side or the other. I’ve never heard of it being a problem during sex, I really don’t think I’d give it a second thought. Don’t they all hang a little to the left? Don’t see why sex would be a problem, unless it’s bent at a 90° angle–then you’ll have to have sex around corners.
