What is a better workout routine???


Q:I have been working out for about 4 months now and just wanted some advise on what is the better workout routine. Just to let you know my goal is to gain strength and size, and I do a full body workout when I go to the gym, it usually take me a little over and hour. Would it be better for me to workout two days a week (Mon. and Thur.) and give my body longer to recover. Or workout three days a week(Mon., Tues., and Fri.)and get in the extra day. Which would be better to accomplish my goals?

You probably could move onto splitting the workouts into upper and lower body. Then give those bodyparts at least 48 hours (probably better 3 days) of rest between. So, no, if you’re going to stick to the whole body workout, I don’t think you should be doing two consecutive days. What about Monday and Thursday, upper body, and Tuesday and Friday, lower?
Workout the 3 days.
