WrestleMania is a wrestling Pay-Per-View (PPV) presented by the WWE. This years PPV will take place April 1, 2012. The PPV will feature a Hell In A Cell Match between Triple H (HHH) and The Undertaker.
This will be the third time that HHH and The Undertaker face off at WrestleMania. The first time these two faced off was at WrestleMania XVII with The Undertaker picking up the victory. Ten years later at WrestleMania XXVII they did battle again with The Undertaker picking up the victory. Those victories helped The Undertaker reach an impressive 19-0 record at WrestleMania. This year The Undertaker can bring his streak to 20-0 if he can defeat HHH for a third time.
It’s been said “third time’s a charm” but HHH is going to need more than a saying to help him win this Match. HHH does have the most victories inside Hell In A Cell. HHH has competed in eight Hell In A Cell Matches and won six of them. The Undertaker on the other hand has more experience inside the Cell. The Undertaker has competed in eleven Hell In A Cell Matches and won five of them. This year it looks like The Undertaker will be picking up his sixth victory inside the Cell.
The Undertaker will win this Match because of the streak. For the past few years my reason for picking The Undertaker has been the streak. Now the streak has been building for 19 years, it’s not something that should be thrown away. The WWE Universe will not remember The Undertaker for going 19-1 at WrestleMania. He needs to stay undefeated at WrestleMania for the rest of his career. Anyone who steps into the ring against The Undertaker at WrestleMania should feel the same way. Out of respect for The Undertaker, HHH should let him win. I said this last year and I will say it again ‘HHH can beat him the day before WrestleMania, the day after WrestleMania but not the day of WrestleMania’.
Besides these two have already met twice before at WrestleMania, with The Undertaker picking up the victory each time. It does not make sense for HHH to pick up the victory the third time. For those reasons I’m giving the victory to The Undertaker who will become 20-0 at WrestleMania.
