Q: I am in the process of going through a divorce. My husband and I would have been married 4 years in April. He has spoke of a divorce several times in the past when things were not their best between us. Each time I convinced him that his family was where he needed to be and we stayed together. This time, I decided to take him up on his offer. Since we’ve been married we’ve been separated twice, the 1st time he left while I was at work. He states that he left because we were arguing too much; sure, after I found a tape of him and another woman in our home while I was 7 months pregnant and out of town for a wedding. The second time was a year ago, when I left, I just couldn’t take it anymore; the coldness and bitterness. Since the separation we’ve gotten back together and I relocated with him to Georgia and here we are six months later and he wants a divorce….again!!!Now that we are divorcing I am asking for 1/2 of his bonus so that I can relocate back to Texas and child support for our 3 yr old. He called me a money hungry b*%#$!!!! and says that I do not deserve his money!!! I am very angry and feel much resentment towards him. I am wondering if I am asking for too much or should I take him to the bank?!

A: No you are not asking for too much. Get alimony too!! Take the house the cars and everything you can!! 🙂 Seriously though it’s not too much some women don’t have mercy on them. So he’s lucky you are being very nice about it after he cheated and treated you like crap.. good luck

Q: for the feeling of protection, but this is not true because 9 times out of 10 a short, stocky guy can whip a tall guy’s ass no contest…(some women will reply ‘it doesn’t matter to me’ yadayadayada, but ask your girlfriends and take a poll if you don’t believe me when I say the MAJORITY of women do prefer taller guys)…so it’s not really for protection, women know this, but won’t admit it to themselves (I’ve taken polls and a FEW men prefer women shorter than themselves, but the vast MAJORITY don’t care and a minority prefer taller women)…so, what’s the REAL reason since it’s not for feeling of protection (again, taller guys have a higher center of gravity so they can be taken down and get their asses whipped easily) and this isn’t the 14th Century where ‘protection’ means whippin ass so much as possessing the mental faculties to react to stressful situations in a mature, secure manner…height has nothing to do with it…saying it’s ‘natural’ or ‘instinct’ is a cop-out as well coz it can be argued that it’s ‘natural’ for women to stay barefoot and pregnant, but whoa…this is the 21st Century…basically, it’s a double-standard and systematic discrimination towards men (oh, it’s not superfiical for a guy to want a 36″ 24″ 36″ woman?) grow up ladies and smell the coffee…you will never get respect from men or increase desired communication with such rhetoric and mindsets…GROW UP women and open new dialogues and quit pretending you’ve ‘suffered’ as women of the pre-1960s did… you are BABIES and are the ones who need to ‘change’ and adapt and are more responsible for the ‘inability to communicate’ cliche than men!I’m 6’4″ you dipshits…stop showing your ignorance!

i feel so depressed and sad?

Q: I just needed someone to hear me, i don’t think i have a questions but i just need encouragement need someone to talk to…I been married for 8 years and have three wonderful little girls, two years ago i mad a mistake and got drunk and my brother in law was trying to seduce me, my husband was there he was asleep, when he woke up he saw my brother in law trying to kiss me, so since that day on my huband has been an ass hoe to me, he tells me he doesn’t care about me, i could die if he cared, he cheated on me alot of times, he got this married women pregnant and she had a little boy, to my knowledge they are still seeing eachother, we argue all the time. I just gave birth to my third little girl 3 weeks ago, and i feel so sad. He doesn’t belive me that i never been with any other man than him, i tried to fogive him for what his done, but each day its getting harder for me. I don’t know what to do. I thought about killin myself, maybe that way my pain will go away and make him happy, but the only thing that is stopping me is my girls. I don’t know what to do, i feel lonely and sad all the time, every time i tried to be the perfect wife, i’ll have his dinner ready, his clothes iron and wash and the house clean when he comes home he just has to sit and eat..i do alot for him and he doesn’t appreciate me at all. I crying for help, i dont’ know..any thing

A: Yes you made a mistake.. and it was a not so good one but in your heart you found enough courage to try and pick up the missing pieces of your marriage. ( Did you pray and ask God to help restore your marriage? Do you want this to work? Then guess who is the only one able to help you? JESUS. Not anyone on YA) If not then NOW is the time to cry out to God and ask for forgiveness and restoration of your marriage and your life. God can do ALL things and makes the impossible … POSSIBLE! As for your husband he needs your prayers! You seem to be a really nice woman ( I don’t know you.. but from what I’m reading I believe that God can USE YOU to restore your family back. Satan knows how to destroy a family and he is using your Husband to turn against you. PRay, and purchase a Bible if you don’t have one and cry out to God about this situation. Read the book of JOB he lost everything.. family, house, land but guess who he didn’t give up on.. GOD! Sis I believe God for a miracle in your life. As I’m writing this to you I feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit all over me! So smile and be Strong for your girls.
