how often are pregnant women suppose to eat?
Q: and what kinds of stuff should they be eating?
A: Eat as you normally would. That whole “eating for two” is just a way for people to overeat and not feel guilty about it. Try to eat things that are good for you. Keep in mind that whatever nutrients you take in, so does your baby, for the most part. Whatever, bad things your body absorbs can be passed on to baby as well. Seriously watch that you don’t eat more than you normally do or you’ll have one heck of a time trying to get the extra weight off later. Good luck.

A: I would continue with walking, it’s the safest and most controlled. Running could be too strenous or uncomfortable. I am 3 months as well. I workout 3 days, take a day off, and start over. My sister who is a personal trainer says to keep lifting weights throughout pregnancy, so your muscle continues to burn fat when your sedentary. But do less weight than you used and more reps. I also bought a Gabrielle Reese pregnancy workout dvd. Good Luck!
