Q: Genuinely, I have a fear of teaching. I train horses for a living and have no problem communicating with my horses, but am not sure how to communicate my knowledge to the people who want to know how to do what I do. I am afraid of the responsiblity that goes with creating a foundation for someone. Many techniques and theories exist for riding, there is not only one way to do things, so I am hesitent to present that I know the right way. Perhaps I need to connect with people better? A: You are very lucky for 2 reasons 1you have something to give and 2 the people you can teach want to learn. if you have a problem facing them just picture them with the faces of your horses. you may want to toss in the the face of a mule for the stubborn student. good luck
