Opt for the peanut butter mini eggs, which consists of 90 calories, 5 g of fat and 9g of carbs. You can also eat 2 mini cups, or the 100 calorie wafer bar. Both are excellent choices for a dieter.

Who says an holiday basket just has to have candy related items? This delightful treat gives you exactly what you want. A blissful taste of delicious chocolate, an abundance amount of chocolate chips, fiber, protein and under 100 calories. Now that’s what I am talking about.

Want more of a twist? Then you must try the Chocolatey Pretzel Special K cereal bar. Chunks of yummy chocolate, decent size pieces of salted pretzel all under 100 calories. A woman’s best friend salt and chocolate combined, especially when having PMS.

York Peppermint Patty

I have grown to love these chocolate treats. Not because it has my name in it, but because the taste is very refreshing, you get your chocolate fix and it’s one of those candy bars that you can actually eat the whole thing and still only consume 140 calories in your belly. If you want to feel like you’re eating more chocolate than this, opt for the York Peppermint Patty pieces. You’re allowed a whopping 50 for 170 calories. Want to stick to 100 calories, eat only 30-35.

Milky Way Midnight Minis

One is yummy, two are even yummier. However, you can have 3. Now that’s a delightful treat. Indulge in dark chocolate, caramel, and a tasteful amount of vanilla nougat. 30 calories each, and 4.2g of fat.

Dark chocolate has numerous benefits. Good for the heart, helps lower cholesterol, manages your blood sugar level, good for the brain, and YOU CAN EAT THIS ON ANY TYPE OF DIET.

100 Calorie Candy Packs

You can find almost any chocolate candy or regular candy in the 100 calorie pack. This package is great, because it helps you learn how much you can have, and helps control your portion. Choose Musketeers, Twix, M&M’s, Reese’s etc.
