how do you get rid of carpel tunnel?
Q:
A: Since you don’t suggest how you came up with this diagnosis, one must conclude it is a self diagnosis..Wrist problems can be the result of many factors. Repetitious movements in unnatural positions, wrenching the wrist or even jarring it.Any one of these movements could restrict the wrist movement as well as apply pressure to one or more of the nerves to the hand. The carpal bones have a specific position to be IN, normally. Should any one of them be in any position other than the normal one, they will not only apply nerve pressure but will have edema in the capsule of the joint. If you find an unusually raised bone, and cannot reduce it yourself, you may need outside help. Something any chiropractor can accomplish with ease.

Wrists are in pain. What can I do?
Q: Over time, my wrists have developed this weird condition. To give an example.. sometimes, they’ll sting most of the day to the point where I’m discouraged against using them if I use them for a while.. it’s a pretty constant stinging but it eventually goes down. Sometimes this happens without me having to do anything involving my wrists. Other times, they’re totally fine no matter how much I use them. I don’t know what this is, but I really need to find out because using my wrists is important to me. The question is.. what options do I have? What I want to do is get rid of this pain and go back to normal if that’s possible. I can’t exactly give up using the computer or other wrist-related tasks, though I could stop doing workouts that use wrists (and have).note: I’m 21 years old. This is defintiely not carpel tunnel syndrome because I have none of the symptoms, and I think you have to be older than that to develop them. Don’t have any wrist injuries or anything like that.
A: You can actually develop carpal tunnel at any age, it’s more to do with how we use our wrists than age. The best thing you can do right now is to rest them as much as possible. Also buy a couple of wrist braces to keep your wrists in a neutral position when you use them. Wear them as much as you can tolerate but especially at night. Also take an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen and see if that helps.
