“America’s Got Talent” Result Episode

NBCs “America’s Got Talent” show concluded with a land slide victory for 36 year old singer Landau Eugene Murphy.
While few would attempt a Frank Sinatra song, much less nail it as he did, with his final performance of “My Way”, Lndau sung from his soul, literally. A touching, clear, sincerity perhaps the unparalle icon Frank Sinatra himself, may not have assumed.

Despite the fact Howie Mandel had earlier proclaimed on the show this was “the year of the dance”, it was easy to see why Landau made the cut as a single artist from the getgo, despite having some fairly serious rivalry to compete against.
The Silhouettes while gaining momentum at every performance could not hold their own for the long haul. A one-time-see performance yes, but to get their audience back again and again was just not in the cards.
Landau on the other hand displayed great stage presence while his instant likable, humble and unassuming demure, is what drew the attention of all who watched, rooted and voted at “America’s Got Talent” final episode.

Though many of Landau’s fans were moved by his honest story of overcoming incredible family strife, it is doubtful to believe ‘that’ page in his life, had anything to do with talent judgement conclusions.
It seems like almost every potential contestant in every reality show today brings in a bit of personal baggage to their performance. And while it may hold the audience a stride or two, that is all it does anymore, hold the attention for a fleeting moment. The tears and spills are becoming a thing of the past, in other words, don’t push it!

Actually speaking, Landau may be the best investment “America’s Got Talent” has created for itself!
With a dated version of Micahel Jackson so many continue to miss and a musical artistry that holds a candle to all time legend Frank Sinatra himself, what is there not to admire?

While the end is here for so many talented contestants who faced the final curtain at “America’s Got Talent” show, Landau’s new life is just starting, and may never be quite the same.
However, for old times sake, let’s pay tribute to the man whos’ artistry performance made history for all generations to come, Mr. Frank Sinatra himself:

“For what is a man, what has he got,
If not himself than he has not
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way.”

Thank you Sir, for the memory!
