Why do I have severe cramping on my right side during that time of the month and not the left at all?
It can be severe enough at times I want to double over-but I’m always on schedule-the older I get the more severe it has gotten. I’ve noticed the change for a few months. Any answers?

It could be an ovarian cyst on that side. They’re very common and usually they just come and go on their own.Many things, but you may want to eliminate dairy and beef from your diet. Its full of hormones and is WAY too much stimulation for the female body to handle.My mother has this issue- though she has no ovaries, when she eats beef or dairy that is not organic and hormone free, she has “pains in her ovaries” — and they’re not even there!! That’s how severe and full of chemicals that stuff i– Even if this isnt the cause, I SERIOUSLY urge you to consider doing this. It is a win-win situation- it wont be bad for you to eliminate those foods from your diet. It can only help you. Go for all organic beef & dairy if you really want to eat it still. It’s worth the difference in price. Yu may not know how what you do today will affect you many years from now— and if this is something cumulative, then it makes good sense to take protective measures now and do what you can to give your body a helping hand.Also, it is common for women ( I think ) to have ‘imbalanced’ sensations. Mine go from side to side depending on how far along in my cycle I am…. But if it is too much to bear, the best advice, though it doesnt help you immediately or save you the bill, is to see your favorite doctor/obgyn who will listen and whom you trust, to handle this well.:)
