Could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. You can be sensitive to a mans ejaculate. Also if you don’t have sex for a bit and then have it 3 times in one day then your natural bacteria gets over ridden by the semen. Try a vinegar douche right after sex. It might help. Ask him if he has been stepping out on you, and get yourself tested.
