i have missed the past five days of school and i have to go to the doctor but what can i tell them is wrong with me to get a note. if i don’t have a note then i loose my license for a year. i know it was irresponsible for me to miss school and i’m going from now on

i would break down and cry and say that ive been having a really hard time lately and ive been too depressed to leave my bed. it always works for meeeeeeee. good luck. Be a man and admit to the doctor that you have been stupid. Maybe if you convince him or her that you have mended your ways, you may be given a sick note. What licence will you lose?
Tell the truth for a change. You are only hurting yourself when you lie. You will find out in the long run that telling the truth is the best way.
