Dip your fingers in dog shite, you sure as hell wont bite them after that will you dear.Funny you ask! I just bought some finger nail polish called Nail Envy. Its a fantastic nail strengthener. You apply 2 coats (its clear) and on top of that you apply a coat of a finger nail polish that has horrible bitter taste to it. I dont know the name of it but you can usually find it at local drugstore. Just ask around. The Nail Envy is made by the brand OPI which can usually be found at hair salons and nail salons. You’ll pay a pretty penny for it, but it is well worth the money. I just bought mine at Walgreens. They’ll both help you because while youre not biting your nails youll be conditioning and hardening them. Hope this helps. GL
