Q: I always knew i wasn’t “slim” or anything in fact I always thought I was slightly overweight but i recently went to an amusement park and they had one of those guess your weight things and they guesses 180 but I found out I was 190! and I’m only 5ft 10in so I way really surprised. I check online weight charts and all of them said I was 40 IB overweight. So now summer is here and I was wondering what are some tips to lose weight?
A: you can still eat junk food but within reason. try to cut down on it eg. 1 bag of crisps rather than 2 etc also try 2 do at least 20mins of exercise a day and u should b fine!
