A: AHH don’t lose 10 lbs in a week, thats sooooooooo unhealthy!….the best way to do it is to try and lose like 2 lbs a week. However, if you are 13 you are probably stil growing and ur body might need that extra weight for you to grow so I wouldn’t worry to much about it just yet. Also, if you try and lose that much weight at one time you won’t keep it off and if you eat less your metabolism will slow down so you will actaully gain weight more easily! So even if it takes 3 or 4 weeks to lose what you want it will be more worht it b/c you will be able to keep it off easier

A: That’s not possible, unless you literally starve yourself the whole week. If you’re really overweight, it can be done in a reasonably healthy way, but you aren’t anywhere near big enough for that. Plus, as you mentioned, if you were stupid enough to try it out, you’d just gain it back once you started eating again at all. I don’t know what your “urgent” reasons are, but none exist that can justify trying something so idiotic. I don’t know how short “quite short” is, but I’m guessing you can’t actually have more than 10-15 lbs to lose total, if that. Take my advice, and forget about trying to lose 10 in a week. It’s not happening, so just try to be happy with a healthy weightloss plan, if you even need that. Eat well, no less than 1500 calories/day, no matter how short you are, keeping a healthy balance. Do cardio for at least 30 minutes at least 4 times/week, and keep yourself healthy.Don’t be a fool.
