A: firstly!build a foundation if your going to try lose weight since it will be hopeless if you exhaust yourself to the point of quitting. also your weight can lie since muscles weigh more than body fat so if you go exersize you might end up weighing more since that muscle is heavier.with that over1. in relation to eating you need to eat healthy foods and avoid any toxic junk food (its ok to have something small e.g once a week)2. eat less but more often this helps make your metabolic rate rise (the rate which you burn food) e.g rather than a big breakfeast, lunch and dinner, have small ones and have morning tea and afternoon tea aswell3. drink lots of water it helps boost your metabolic rate and disposes of all wastes in your body (you lose quite abit of instant weight this way)4. exersize is vital to keep ourselves fit and healthy. it also boosts your metabolic rate and helps burn off excess fat, even a small run can help every day but it needs to get you sweating or other signs of fatigue or its not going to help much

A: ur 16, still have a few more years of growing as well.get a healthy diet. drink water, lay off the snacks/fast food, eat lean healthy meats, fish, veggies, hard boiled eggs and eat fruits/cheese instead of sugar snacks to get plenty of natural protein and vitamins. lay off regular potatoes and go with sweet potatoes (don’t let the name confuse you, they’re a better source of carbohydrates) and go with whole grain bread instead of white. (again better carbs)a routine of working out, rest, working out, rest is the best way to build muscle because muscle needs time to rest and recover from the strain you put on them. An antioxidant or cal-mag-zinc pills wouldn’t hurt either with the recover process. and a protein shake after working out helps too.Running/walking is also a great way to lose body fat all around the body to gain muscle faster, and it helps with the recovery process by getting your blood pumping, getting the lactic acid buildup in the muscles moved through the bloodstream and getting oxygen to the muscles all around. the basic point of blood is to get oxygen to muscles and organs to function better.
