A: Chalean Extreme is EXCELLENT! I am in Week 3 and LOVE it!The routine is broken into 3 phases. The Burn Phase, Push Phase and Lean Phase. There is also a phase 4 that is the Lean for life Phase and gives yo ideas on how to keep it up after day 90 and beyond!The Books and other tools are really very helpful and I would say necessary. Especially the Eating Plan. If you do not have them I would really suggest trying to find them.Some tips are to use HEAVY weights and Push yourself. Be sure to maximize each workout! They are short so really go at it and you will see great results!
