Whats the best exercise plan to lose weight quickly?
Q:
A: It’s not all about losing weight quickly, it’s about keeping all the fat off. The best thing to do for your body is to eat healthy all the time and exercise. I swim monday, wednesday, and friday and I run tuesday, thursday and saturday. I don’t eat junk like McDonald’s or any fast food and I don’t drink soda at all. Learn about nutrition to find out which foods you should be eating. I’ve lost about 25 pounds and I haven’t gained any of it back in four years. It’s always the crash diets that hurt your body and make you gain it all back faster than you lost it. There are no shortcuts when it comes to weightloss… unless it’s lipo but then again, you gain that back quickly too.
