A: as you say you’re very strong.. this will really help you to loose weight, do sprinting 3 times a week and body weight exersices too.. do sprinting like 100meters rest 4 minutes and do it again (3times) or you can jogg for 35minutes in a good speed not slow.. and always keep a healthy diet rather than having a junk diet with less food 😀 … healthy diet and lots of it is nutritious plus you will be burning it during exersice, you can have a cheat meal once a week, you can avoid it if you can 😀
