Q:I am sick, having a terrible runny nose that stretches over a week. I finished up my entire tab of flu medicine but that didn’t help.Sighs, kindly advise..

The flu is a virus. There are no medication to treat the flu. The medication that the doctor gave you was intended to calm the symptoms. The duration of the virus will depend on your immune system. Try drink immune boosting fluids like orange juice. Stay away from caffiene. probably a week to 10 days…keep your chin up ..it will be over soon !!! i don’t think you have the flu. go see your doctor.
unfortunately it usually last closer to 2 weeks. Hope you feel better soon.
Hello,I would recommend the doctor …have you tried some antibiotics ? that is what most doctors prescribe but you have to be analyzed first.Please speak to your doctor or a trusty health advisor
