sit down probably there is a corn there. get a shoes with better support. it helps a lot.if this doesnt help, you can see a podiatrist. they specialists in the disorder and disease in the feets. Get shoes with better arch supports.
listen to kristina im on my feet for 12 hrs a day and arch supports work but not gel get the ones with the hard arch they are comfortable
