I just looked at my bottle in the fridge and it’s NOT even for constipation, I didn’t think it was, I use it for acid reflux. DON’T take anything without asking your doctor.

yeah i think it’s normal. I didn’t start getting symptoms until i was about 8 weeks. but every woman is different. their symptoms vary. as a matter of fact i didn’t get any constipation at the beginning of my pregnancy
