I have started dieting a month ago, I have been walking everyday about 1/4 of a mile vigorously.. this is the first time I have decided to go on a diet. My diet consists of veggies, fruits, cottage cheese and sometimes a veggie burger or tuna fish. I have lost 12 pounds in 1 month, should I expect to lose that much wieght each month?

you will hit a plateau eventually and need to change things more to keep the weight coming off, but dont be surprised if the loss starts to slow down happened to me! keep up the good work!
Congrats to you!! Keep going and don’t give up and you will do just fine. A lot of times water weight is the first thing to go (so I’ve heard).I think as long as you increase your walking and be consistent with it and your eating you should continue to loose around that weight (maybe a little less each month).You will of course know a lot more after a few months. Good luck and don’t give up!!
