How long are you supposed to take agnus castus for?
Hi have been taking 800mg aganus castus in the morning and 800mg at night for pms just wondering how long you can take it for? I have noticed improvement.. also do i need to take it every day thanks

if there is no side effect u can consume daily i foudn that is worked a treat with me – i noticed improvement over a period of 4 weeks – how ever it works at its best over 4-6mnths! so keep it up it is a great herb and good luck with it 😀 xxx
