use either mild soap like dove or ivory, or summer’s eve feminine wash. never douche — it can throw off your vagina’s normal pH and cause yeast infections. besides, doctors don’t really recommend it anymore. Dove Body soap FRAGRANCE FREE. Or you could try using Summer’s Eve Femenine Wash for sensitive skin. Try using soaps that don’t contain fragance for this could irritate you. Try a body wash/soap that is specifically for personal hygiene of the vaginal area. Regular soap does not normally irritate those areas unless you are very sensitive.
Use soaps that have no perfumes or deodorant and do not use antibacterial soaps,as like antibiotics they can lead to yeast infections. I find Ivory and Dove are very gentle soaps. You can always ask you doctor.
don’t use soap down therewash with a warm cloth and douche
