Q: I want to have a flat belly because a lot of people as me “are you preganut” just because I have a belly. My husband tell people I’m preganut because he doesn’t like my belly. A: an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

A: umm welli recommend two techniques for yougo for at least a 30 min jog per day (try to push yourself to do a bit more – progressively offcourse, this doesnt just happen overngiht)if your not trying to gain endurance, you can split your jogging time into sections – by that i mean go for a 10 min jog in the morning, then a couple of hours later, go for another jog etcoknow after u jog, do 3 plank excercises for at least 30 seconds each- right side plank- regular plank- left side planktry to push urself to do an extra 5 seconds each dayplank excercises are a GREAT excercise to work on ur ab muscleswhilst running will help you to lose weight and tone upif you keep at it… gradually you will lose weightnow dont get put off if you dont see results in less than a weekit WILL take timedepedning on how much you push yourself, and how determined you arethe more the better!! :Dand odnt put it offtry to embrace and enjoy your excercisesi hope this helps 😀
