A: I don’t think there really is a “best way,” but I recommend the straight leg kick backs where you start on all 4’s and alternate your legs kicking one back at a time to the ceiling and squeezing at the end for about 2-4secs. Also you can try the pelvic thrust on your back. Lay on your back and keep your feet and legs positioned as if you were about to do situps. Slowly lift your hips, keeping your back on the ground. Once again, squeeze your glutes at the top for about 2-4secs. hope this helps..good luck 🙂

A: Hills! Find a very large hill and run up it fast then jog back down the repeat that about 10 more times….we do this in cross country and beleive me it really works those muscles and builds stamina. I hope I could help!
