Im A overeater whats the first step tp losing weight?
Q:
A: Find some foods that you like that are healthy and that make you feel full. When you eat, don’t eat until the point where you feel full or you can’t eat anymore. It takes a while for your brain to tell you that you are full, so try eating slightly smaller portions and then waiting to see if you feel full.Eat small healthy snacks throughout the day. This helps you feel less hungry at meal time and it keeps your body working to digest the food.Try drinking water instead of eating sometimes. It can help you feel more full if you are still hungry, but you know you’ve already eaten enough food.Being active can help too. Try running every morning, even if it’s just ten or fifteen minutes (I actually had to start with just five since I was so out of shape XD). It will help you feel more energized and eventually you will increase your endurance and be able to run longer. This releases endorphins too so it will help you feel happier :)This is what I’m doing anyways. The results may seem a bit slow some days, but nothing good ever comes without a bit of effort and patience. You can do it 🙂
