A: Cardio is fast paced excerise anything that will get your heart rate going.Walking, running, jogging, swimming, dancing, biking, hiking, playing any kind of sport (basketball, football, tennis etc..)Strenght training is situps, leg lifts, lifting weights, jumping jacks, lunges, etc..It’s best to do a combo of cardio and strength. Overall losing a good amount of weight your boobs can get smaller. If you do the right kind of strength training, they will get firmer (not hang so much).
