Why do some people have crooked abs?
Q: I’ve seen pictures of abdominal muscles that don’t line up straight. I’m concerned because my top two abs are off center slightly with the right one larger than the left. I’m affraid mine will be crooked all the way down. What causes this? Could it be a slight spinal curve?
A: It wont matter… if u have abs, they will still be very sexy!!!
My abs are becomming crooked, what do I do and which side did I work less on?
Q: My abs are becomming crooked…My left side abs are slightly higher. And on the left side top most ab (From 8 pack), is smaller in comparison to the right top most one.Which one should I work on more? And is it possible to fix crooked abs?
A: Ahhh yeah i is perfectly normal if you work your abs all the time and do something else…. that is one sided… when I was in high school i had the same problem… I was a TKD guy doing 500 roman sit-ups a night, and playing for my HS golf team… my after school routine was hitting 3 buckets of balls (all right handed ) going o my TKD class and going home and doing sit-ups and butterfly curls…….. Mine were the exact same as you speak… and after i moved away to go to college… all i did was drink beer and chase gurls (should have studied) , and I got out of shape, I played golf once a year, and I noticed the next day my right side of my abs were sore but my left were not… so it was obvious o me what i was doing wrong… should have hit jus as many balls with a left handed set… that being said, you answered one of my questions about MT… and I can only guess it is because you only fight from the conventional stance… and really crunch those right abs when throwing a right cross, but dont have the same commitment to you left…. to be “symmetric” you need “balance” in training… you can find exercises to balance it out (probably left incline sit ups)… but the best solution is to fight south paw till you get the desired result… (will take a hell of a long time, but you will switch it up at a very high level)
why are my abs crooked?
Q: so ive been working out and ive developed upper abs and a little bit of lower abs. But when i look in the mirror or flex i notice that my abs are uneven. Like on the left the abs are higher up than on the right. They also are uneven…is there a reason why? can anyone help, or tell me what i need to do to make them even?
A: Well, there’s nothing you can do. The reason for it is genetics. But realisctically most people’s are you just dont notice. Or if you do is doesnt matter.
