A: first of all i don’t think you are fat if people are telling you are skinny they might just be right also your BMI (body max index) is 20.8 and that is considered healthy (under weight is below 18.5 and over weight is above 24.9) but if you do really want to lose some weight a good way to start is by going for a walk in the morning also drink water. take the stairs instead of the elevator small things can make a difference.eat a lot of vegs and fruits and instead of eating white bread, rice and pasta have brown rice bread and pasta. eat less junk food and instead of chips have nuts they are a great stomach filleron the whole i don’t think your fat since your BMI is in the healthy range if you lose weight check it on the BMI calculator because becoming underweight isn’t good etherif you want to work out your BMI type BMI on to google and click search then you should be able to find a BMI calculator
