A: Interval training, but keeping your hear rate accelerated is the best. Jog at about 5 miles an hour or so for 5 minutes, and then sprint at about 8 mph for a minute and repeat through your workout.

A: The results you get from that are so small that i have to say its not true. If you want to lose fat you need to do cardiovascular exercises like (running, swimming,etc.) its the only way to lose fat.
