What is the benefit of a treadmill over an Eliptical machine
Treadmills provide a better training experience for a dedicated runner/jogger than an elliptical. If you are training for a marathon or even a 10k, and you don’t want to go outdoors you are certainly better off with a quality treadmill. ChaCha! - Personally, I think they do. I prefer the elliptical because it is easier on your legs, knees, ankles, etc.
